Carlo Monsanto

Carlo Monsanto (1960) studied Electronics, Information Technology,
Health Sciences, Ayurvedic Science (including Vedic Psychology), Living
Systems and Process philosophy. As a basis for his present educational
work Carlo makes extensive use of knowledge of the Traditional Healing
Arts with emphasis on Ayurvedic Science. He integrates this with Living
Systems Awareness and Process philosophy. His present activities
include exploratory, constructive and qualitative research &
development, writing, teaching, consultancy, counseling and therapy.
As a research scholar he has, during the last ten years,
systematized the knowledge and practice of Living Systems Awareness and
Diagnostic Integrative Observation . After having lived and studied for
20 years in The Netherlands he settled in Curacao just under a years
ago to found the Caribbean Integral Institute. His mission is to assist
in raising the awareness of the Whole Person in the educational
community and the community in general.

Heidi Muijen
|

Heidi S.C.A. Muijen (1959) studied philosophy
and art therapy. Her academic career was at the Erasmus University Rotterdam,
the University Maastricht and the Free University of Amsterdam. Her area of
research is phenomenology and hermeneutics, resulting in the thesis about the
use of metaphor in communication and change processes. She contributed to the
popularization of philosophy by running the Rotterdam Philosophy Café in the
1990’s and by means of publications in popular magazines. She initiated an art
therapeutic program for the elderly in a centre for ambulant care in Rotterdam.
In 2004 she started her business for coaching and training in which she integrates
both disciplines philosophy and art therapy. She develops coaching and training
programs focusing on values and empowerment, change processes through the
integration of professional and personal development. At the moment she gives
courses at different universities in the Netherlands in the areas of

Meyrtha Leetz-Cijntje

Meyrtha Leetz-Cijntje (1945) studied and worked in Special Education, specializing in children with disabilities. Meyrtha also studied Theology. She is a (co)founder of different organizations amongst which the Womens Federation of Curacao and Foundation Center for Women. She has been head of the Frater Evoniusschool, two times president of the Caribbean Council of Churches, president of the Curacao Council of Churches, vice-president of the Council for Female affairs for the Island of Curacao. Since 1996 she has been a consultant and trainer for teachers and professionals involved in school management. Meyrtha presently organizes so-called Café’s that clarify socially relevant issues. This serves as input for island politics. She is also an interim-manager for the Fundashon Material pa Skol in charge of innovation and reorganization.

Johann Gomes

Johann Gomes(1948) studied Law and scientific philosophy at the Erasmus University where he started his academic career and specialized in organizational psychology and dynamic system theory. After a great deal of years of working as an environmental planner in public administration, he regained his academic career at the University of Amsterdam as a lecturer, his area of research and teachings encompasses the dynamics of the public, private, co-operation and partnerships. He is also a practitioner in mediation for transition in governance and boardroom consultancy and coaching.
